Paranormal Investigators were formed in 2001 by Eleanor & Chris Thompson who had at that time, been researching inexplicable events for over a quarter of a century. Sadly, Eleanor passed away in 2013 but, the work still continues under the guidance of Chris Thompson who, in 2016, featured on the TV programme, Forbidden History in his role as an exorcist.
Over the years we have helped and supported many families with very differing backgrounds who have suffered from possible hauntings and we continue to do so. We like to try to maintain an amateur status, which means that there is rarely a charge for our services. That doesn’t mean that we offer an inferior service though, as we can offer many differing solutions to resolve your problems.
Over the years we have also acted as paranormal consultants to other groups and made many radio appearances as well as our appearances on TV.
The team have also investigated many public properties around the UK and have been privileged to have worked as paranormal guides for people who wish to experience paranormal activity for themselves. During these investigations the safety of our guests has been paramount so, every ‘experiment’ we have carried out has been done so to our own high standards.
We ourselves live in a haunted property which acts as an ideal training ground and have all the latest equipment to aid us in our research into your haunted property.
Although the thought of living in a haunted place may sound terrifying, we can assure you that it is very rare for anyone to be injured by the activity going on around them and there are no problems that we are not able to resolve satisfactorily.
